How do I contact the owner?
  • All listings provides complete contact information to the owner or their booking agent. You can communicate directly by filling out the "Contact Owner" form.
How do I book?
  • Property owners/booking agents conduct the rental in their own way. However make sure you let them know arrival and departure dates, number of adults and children, pets you want to bring along, or any special need.
  • To ensure that details of the rental are communicated, a clearly written rental agreement or lease is recommended. A legally binding contract, the rental agreement or lease should include defined arrival and departure dates, payment schedules, detailed instructions, and terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds.
How are cancellation and refunds handled?
  • The cancellation policy associated with your rental agreement or lease should clearly communicate penalties associated with canceling your contract. Note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not usually permitted unless specified in the rental agreement.

  • Usually it is because the rental owner/manager is on vacation. There is a difference dealing with owners/managers than hotels or resorts. Mostly you will though receive an answer withing 24-48 hours. It is also a good idea to phone directly to the number provided by the vacation rental owner.
How do I know the properties advertised are legitimate?

How do I handle payments?
  • Payments are made directly to the vacation rental owner/manager. Since each vacation rental is individually owned and operated, the payment methods and schedules will vary. Typically the owner/manager will require a reservation deposit, then the balance to be paid in one or two payments. Most owners/managers require full rent plus a deposit paid prior to the rental period. Payment methods will vary also, but most will take personal checks. Credit cards or PayPal may also be an option. Payments made using a wire transfer, money order or personal check typically cannot be recovered in the event that your accommodation is not supplied as promised so extra caution is recommended. Can I make changes to my listing?
  • Yes, you can make changes whenever you like, just login to your account and click "Edit Listings". You will se your changes immediately. Don´t hesitat to contact us for assistance, we are happy help you with any concerns regarding your account.
How quickly will my listing appear after registration?
  • Immediately after you registered and made a successful payment, you will be able to add your listing and put them online.
What type of photo files can be uploaded?
  • Photos with the file extension of .jpg be uploaded to your listing. Although our software will accept photos of any size, it is typically easier to upload smaller files.
Can I include my personal Web site as a link in my listing?
  • Yes, you may include a link to a personal Web site on your listing.
